Rachael Ray, which recently won an Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show, returns for its third season on Monday, September 8th with "Rachael Ray on Wheels," a full episode aboard a Double Decker bus in New York City.This season, Rachael will continue to invite celebrity guests to pull up a chair to her kitchen table.
